    WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

    Each member of the team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at every opportunity. On a daily basis. We require a Business Development Manager covering the South of the Country. Working with builders and developers offering our part exchange and assisted move proposition.

    Some key points and characteristics:

    • Self-starter able to generate and attend meetings with both small and National House builders
    • Good relationship builder and able to manage accounts
    • Reporting into the National Sales Manager in Sheffield but working remotely
    • Working closely with both our branch network and L&NH division
    • Good working knowledge of the new homes industry
    • Good presentation and communication skills
    • Existing developer contacts an advantage

    In addition, your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the 'hub of knowledge' - an expert in your clients’ needs.

    Ideally, your passion and experience will derive from a customer-facing background, within a goal-orientated background. You will also know exactly what it takes to deliver an incredible service to your portfolio of clients.

    You will be the ideal candidate if you have a real passion for people and are able to demonstrate to us how you would embed this passion within your new role; you will also be results-orientated and able to demonstrate accountability and responsibility. Your ability to recognise the importance of communicating effectively and nurture relationships with different stakeholders will be paramount.     The Programme

    • Considerable knowledge and experience in estate agency/lettings however full training & development will be provided
    • Previous experience of a high volume sales environment
    • Previous assistant team management experience preferable
    • GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
